SHIPPING POLICY

At On Top Boutique, we value every purchase and take great care in fulfilling all shipping requests promptly and efficiently. Our goal is to ensure that your order reaches you as swiftly and seamlessly as possible. Please review the policy below for details on our shipping process.

Business Shipping Hours:
Tuesday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM AST
(Excluding national holidays)

Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next shipping day. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM AST, or over the weekend, will begin processing the following Monday.

We primarily ship via USPS and FedEx.
First Class Shipping orders may take 3–5 business days to process before shipment.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to our carriers.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Orders with expedited shipping must be placed before 3:00 PM AST to qualify for same-day processing. Orders placed after this time will ship the following business day.

FedEx 2Day guarantees delivery within two business days. Deliveries are not available on weekends.

  • Orders placed Thursday arrive Monday.

  • Orders placed Friday before 3:00 PM arrive Tuesday.

  • Orders placed Friday after 3:00 PM, Saturday, or Sunday arrive Wednesday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Customs fees and import duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times may extend up to 4 weeks, depending on customs clearance, which is beyond our control.

If an international package is unclaimed and returned, a refund may be issued for the product(s) only—shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping labels are not provided for international orders. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any loss of packages not confirmed as delivered to On Top Boutique.

SALES TAX

Orders shipped within Puerto Rico include an 11.5% sales tax at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes on merchandise shipped to other states or countries.
